Be Still: Don’t Mess with the Bull

“If you mess with the bull you get the horns…

Have you ever notice that when things are hard, it’s never just one thing it’s multiple things at once… and this is the nature of adversity, it is never just one thing…

These enemies desire not simply to hurt us, but utterly destroy us…

God has defended His name and His children in the past, He isn’t going to stop now…

God has placed this value on us, and because of that the enemy hates us… God has treasured us and He has a safe a secure place for us by His side…

Divine Restraint – in God’s sovereignty sometimes in love God intervenes, and sometimes in wisdom He withholds for a moment… restraint can lead to self-revelation, and refining of imperfections within us… restraint is not refusal…

I can’t tell you why He seems silent and still at times, but I can tell you, I trust His character, and that in His timing He will speak…

“Be Still” literally means “let go” or to “let drop” the things that weight you down spiritually, that rob your faith, that fill you with fear… that keep God from being in the proper place within our lives… let us let go and have peace in recognizing who God is…”
